Our products typically last 6-12 months after opening when stored properly. Because we don't use artificial preservatives, we recommend:

  • Storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keeping containers tightly sealed when not in use
  • Using clean, dry hands or tools when scooping products
  • Checking the specific product label for exact shelf life

Most of our products are gentle enough for sensitive skin, but we always recommend doing a patch test first. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. If you have specific allergies or concerns, check the ingredient list or contact us for personalized recommendations.

Absolutely! Our organic virgin coconut oil is food-grade and multipurpose. It's perfect for cooking, baking, oil pulling, moisturizing skin, conditioning hair, and even removing makeup. One jar serves many purposes!

Never! Our candles are scented only with pure essential oils or natural botanical extracts. We use coconut wax or soy wax, cotton wicks, and never add phthalates, petroleum, or artificial fragrances. They're safe for you and your family.

Ordering & Account

Ordering is simple! Browse our shop, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping notification when your order is dispatched.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping address, view order history, and receive exclusive member benefits and early access to new products.

Please contact us immediately at info@ozmosisnaturals.com or WhatsApp if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

There's no minimum order amount. However, orders over ₦10,000 qualify for free shipping within Lagos. We also offer bundle deals and multi-buy discounts to help you save!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates vary by location:

  • Lagos: ₦1,500 (1-2 business days) - Free for orders over ₦10,000
  • Other States: ₦2,500-₦4,000 (2-4 business days)
  • Remote Areas: Contact us for a quote

Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. For any shipping concerns, contact our customer service team.

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at info@ozmosisnaturals.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Contact us at info@ozmosisnaturals.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Yes! We're happy to exchange products for a different size, scent, or type. Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll cover return shipping for exchanges due to product defects or our error.
